Day 19

This morning I woke up completely without a voice, barely a whisper could come out while I was trying to converse with Jen and Kate when we were eating breakfast in the kitchen. We gossiped about the awaited text Jen was to receive any time today; she was ordered to come knocking on our doors when it happened. I finally did laundry, which was an adventure figuring it out, but it's done and my clothes are sprawled across the room drying. I returned to my room to attempt my math homework; I couldn't do Diff EQ on my own, so I spent 30 minutes downloading Mathematica thanks to UVM, meanwhile I attempted my Cryptography, which was going well until I decrypted the word "hwtoo" so I obviously went wrong somewhere. I skyped with Matt, who I miss terribly. I also skyped with my family, including Sophia, Dakota, and Otto. I hung out with Jen a bit more, then Jen, Kate, Louise, and I made our way over to the pub quiz. We got 18/50, though we each had our shining moments where we knew the answer and, as a whole, we had "duh" moments... Why couldn't I remember that the start of a hockey game is a 'face-off'? Regardless, it was so much fun and we hope to continue attending, hopefully next time we will win! We would plan to use the money to fund our friday nights; the club entry fees really start to add up.
